Angelo P. Del Zotto died Saturday, November 24th peacefully at his home with family by his side. He was born in Schenectady, New York December 3, 1943 to the late Lino and Maria Del Zotto. He was a graduate of Albany College of Pharmacy, class of 1971. Mr. Del Zotto was a longtime pharmacist in Glenville and Schenectady, New York. Retiring from his profession in 2011, he and his wife Carol relocated to the state of Michigan. He enjoyed boating with his family on Lake Lancer, bowling, snowmobiling, playing cards and shuffleboard with his friends in Sugar Springs. Summers were always special to him when his children and grandchildren came to spend their vacations.Survivors include: his loving and devoted wife Carol Del Zotto, whom he married on June 17th 1988. Two sons, Adam Del Zotto of Niskayuna and Evan & Lauren Del Zotto of Schenectady and a daughter, Jacklyn Fitch (Del Zotto) of Ballston Spa, New York; four grandchildren, Jacob, Adam Jr., Lino and August Del Zotto; sister Valerie DiGiandomenico and brother David Del Zotto both of Glenville New York. A Memorial service will be held Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 4 pm from Sisson Funeral Home. Family will be present at the funeral on Saturday from 1 pm until time of services with Pastor Tony Reynolds presiding. An additional Memorial service will be held at 6 pm Wednesday December 12, 2018 at Glenville Funeral Home, Glenridge Road. Family will be present at the funeral home from 3 pm until time of services. In lieu of flowers, donations will support the Rogel Cancer Center Prostate Cancer Program.
