Barbara Legner went to be with our Lord on March 13, 2017. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 29, 1937 to Peter and Helen Young. She served in the U>S< Navy four years. She married John Legner on October 21, 1961 and had three children. She worked as a C.M.A. for twenty years and retired to Sugar Springs in 1994. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary in Rochester Hills, Michigan, Ladies Assembly in Royal Oak, Michigan, Eagles and Red Hats. She loved playing golf, traveling and parties.
She is survived by her husband, John of 55 years, son Erick & Natilie, son Jack & Carol and a daughter Nikole; grandchildren Andrew, Nicholas and Maks. She was preceded in death by a brother Peter (Madelin)
There will be a family and friends gathering on Friday March 24, 2017 at 2 pm at the Horizon Conference Center 6200 State St., Saginaw Michigan with burial at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
