Mr. Goodrich 65 passed away unexpectedly on Saturday February 4, 2017 at his home. He was born in Clare County to Carroll & Muriel (Snyder) Goodrich on May 24, 1951. Carl was a retired truck driver working for several local trucking companies. He enjoyed farming and was loyal to John Deere tractors and equipment. His generosity and willingness to help others will be cherished by his family and friends
He is survived by his loving wife the former Vicki A. Budd whom in married on June 24, 2016 at their home in Gladwin. Also surviving are his children Tammy & Russell Turner, Clark Goodrich, Agatha & Paul Pickering and Corene & Frank Smith and several grand children; Rusty his dog; his parents Carroll & Muriel Goodrich; his brother Frank & Linda Goodrich; 4 sisters Mary Ann & James Futia, Sue & James Marsh, Ruth & Delray Gugle and Marjorie & Charles Fisher, also nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by his son Christopher Goodrich.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday February 11, 2017 at 3 pm form the Sisson Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis Williams presiding with cremation to follow at Sunset Valley Crematory. Family will be present at the funeral home of Saturday from 11 am until time of services to greet friends and family and are entrusted to the Sisson Chapel.
