Mrs. St. Louis 93 passed away quietly Wednesday October 2, 2013 at MidMichigan Medical Center-Gladwin following a brief illness. She was born in Livingston Co., Michigan on February 1, 1920 to the late Fred & Anna Kulbicki. After graduating from Pinckney High School and from Cleary College in Ypsilanti she married Harry St. Louis on September 30, 1938 in Ann Arbor; he preceded her in death March 20, 1983. They lived in Milan, Michigan; she served as City Clerk- Treasurer for 25 years. Jerry and she moved to Secord Lake in Gladwin County in 1970. She resumed public service as Township Clerk, Assessor and Supervisor until 1994 and then Trustee until 2010. She was a Charter Member and Past Madam President of the Auxiliary of the Secord Lake F.O.E. 4121.
She is survived by a granddaughter LuAnn & Jim Beck and their two daughters & husbands Jennifer & Scott and Laura & Justin and a grandson Paul St. Louis his fiancé Carlie Salfsman his 2 sons Joey and Jarrett of NC also, several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by a son & daughter in law Jerry & Judy St. Louis; 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
Celebration of Her Life will be held Saturday October 5, 2013 at 11 am from Sisson Funeral Home with the Secord Eagles Auxiliary and Pastor James Beck presiding with inurnment in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:30 am until time of services. Those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Autism Speaks Foundation or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital
