Mrs. Roberts 86 passed away Sunday September 1, 2013 at Tender-care in Mt. Pleasant following a lingering illness. She was born November 20, 1926 in Meadow Bridge, West Virginia to George & Annie (Avis) Marsh. She married John Lloyd Roberts on September 6, 1947 in Ohio and moved to Gladwin in 1989. He preceded her in death 2004. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, cooking for family and friends.
She is survived by her son Dean Roberts; 2 grand children Dean John Roberts and Heather Marie Roberts; 3 great grandchildren Christian Light, Kalab Roberts and Madelyn Roberts; a brother Ray Marsh; 2 sisters Rita Stecker and Luella McGrath. She was predeceased by a sister Louise Averill and a brother Charles Marsh.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday September 3, 2013 at 1 pm from Sisson Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Reynolds presiding with cremation to follow. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 am until time of services.
