Mrs. Upchurch 74 passed away suddenly on April 11, 2013 at Mid-Michigan Medical Center-Gladwin. She was born May 6, 1938 in Highland Park, Michigan to the late Joseph & Pearl (Sommers) Welemirov. She married Donald R. Upchurch on February 6, 1960 in Ferndale, Michigan, he survives her. Gail loved playing golf, gambling, shopping for gadgets and being with her family.
She is survived by daughter Cindy (Frank) Labellardte; 3 grandchildren Stefanie, Michael & Ryan; a brother Jim (Lynn) Welemirov. She was predeceased by a son Michael Upchurch.
A celebration of her life will be celebrated at a later date. In honoring Gail’s wishes cremation has taken place. Arrangements were entrusted to Sisson Funeral Home.
