Obituary for George Sujak
George Sujak, age 89 of Gladwin, MI, passed away Friday, January 8, 2010 at his residence. He was born on October 18, 1920 in Flint, Michigan the son of the late Michael and Eve (Harbeck) Sujak. George served in the United States Amy during WWII. He retired from General Motors where he worked as a supervisor He enjoyed hunting, fishing and always had a nice garden. He is survived by his wife (Ruth), Sisters Rose Napkie, Flint, MI; Marguerite Sujak, Davison, MI; Niece Theresa Hale, Williamsburg, VA, Nephews, Jack Riley, Swartz Creek, MI; Mitch Napkie, Swartz Creek, MI; and Tom (Sandy) Hale, Williamsburg, VA. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at the Our Savior Lutheran Church with Pastor Matthew Schultz officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 11, 2010 from 2-8 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in memory to George to Heartland Hospice or Our Savior Lutheran Church Building Fund.
