Mrs. Lemke 78 passed away unexpectedly on December 26, 2018 at her home. She was born in Gladwin on January 26, 1940 to the late Alfred & Marie (Adams) Endert. She married Laurence Lemke on October 4, 1958 in Gladwin, he preceded her in death on March 13, 2007. She and Laurence were lifelong residents of the area an operated their farm together. She was a member of the Our Savior Lutheran Church and a member of the choir and the Ladies Aid.
She is survived by her daughter Marlene Foor and a grandson the love of her life Brian Foor; her sisters Martha Ockerman and Aldena Esiline. She was preceded in death by 3 sons Larry, Melvin and William Lemke, a brother Alfred Endert, sisters Genevieve Yager, Agnes Gatz and Lorraine Banchoff.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday December 29, 2018 at 11 am from Our Savior Lutheran Church with Pastor James Krach presiding with burial in Ridge Cemetery. Family will be present at Our Savior Lutheran Church on Friday from 2 pm to 7 pm and on Saturday from 10 am until time of services to greet family and friends. Those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Our Savior Lutheran Church.
