Obituary for Irma L. Weaver
Irma Lucile Weaver, 95 passed away March 23, 2015 at Mid Michigan Health Center in Midland. Born May 5, 1919 to Charles and Grace (Shaver) Weaver, she lived in Gladwin County her entire life. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, following political issues and current events, visiting her friends, neighbors and family and taking trips. She was an avid Detroit Tigers fan until the end. She was predeceased by her parents, sister Irene Lyons, brothers James, Elmer, Stanley and Warren and nephew Ron Switzer. Miss Weaver is survived by her cousins and two great-nephews. Per her wishes, a graveside service will be held Friday, March 27, 2015 at Grout Township Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Gladwin Pines for the care they provided during Irma’s stay. Arrangements were entrusted to Sisson Funeral Home.
