Obituary for James H. Hibdon
James H. Hibdon, age 86, of Gladwin, MI, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born December 13, 1924 in Nashville, Tennessee the son of the late Hershall and Maggie (Hicks) Hibdon.
James was the owner and operator of a dry cleaning business in Detroit for 60 years and worked his route until 2 years ago. He loved spending time with his family, working, dancing, music, hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years Eileen Hibdon of Gladwin, MI; daughters, Denise (John) Rozich of Sterling Heights, MI and Debbie (Kieth) Coleman of Kissimmee, Florida. 3 grandchildren, Cliff (Georgette) DeLong of Clarkston, MI; Crystal (Rob) Lohn of Shelby, MI and Johnny Rozich of Sterling Heights, MI. Great granddaughter Sydney DeLong of Clarkston, MI.
In accordance with James wishes cremation will take place. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to the Sisson Funeral Home, Gladwin, MI.
