Mr. Steudle 64 passed away Thursday July 30, 2015 at his home following a brief illness. He was born in Bay City on December 3, 1950 to Robert & Evelyn (Stertz) Steudle. Joe was a graduate of CMU with a Bachelor of Science degree. He was retired from Laborers Local 1098 and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Joe was an avid fly fisherman on the Au Sable River, a self taught guitar player, hunter and golfer.
He is survived by a daughter Jennifer & James Parker and a son Michael Bullard; granddaughter Sophia; his mother Evelyn Steudle; brothers Tim & Sue Steudle, Theresa Steudle, James Steudle, John& Cheryl Steudle, Elizabeth & Mladden Svornic and Thomas Steudle; a brother in law Mero Diaz and close and good friends Al Lapan and Pat & Joan Turner. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Steudle and a sister Susanne Diza.
Funeral Mass will be held Thursday August 6, 2015 at 11 am from Sacred Heart Church with Rev. Fr. Marcel Portelli presiding. Family will greet friends Thursday at the church from 10 am until time of services.
