Mrs Gooch 80, passed away Saturday April 12, 2014 at Gladwin Pines following a lingering illness. She was born in Edinburgh, Scotland to the late Robert & Dorothy (Cunningham) Fotheringhame. She married Clifford Gooch in Flint on October 19, 1963, he preceded her in death on March 3, 2013. June served his country in British Army and moving to Harrison in 1989. She became an United States Citizen on July 4, 1999. She enjoyed crafts, cooking and sharing her Scottish heritage with her family and friends.
She is survived by her children David & Jan Clark, Shelia Ens, Kim & Chris Cundiff, Roberta Keast, Cindy Holland and Desiree & Mike Morrow; 12 grand children and 6 great grandchildren; 3 sisters Helen Fotheringhame, Margie Campbell and Ann Fotheringhame. She was preceded in death by her husband, a sister Shelia Fotheringhame,; 2 brothers Robert and James Fotheringhame.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday April 16, 2014 at 10 am from Sisson Funeral Home with Pastor John Heyworth presiding. Committal services will be Wednesday at 1 pm at Flint Memorial Park. Friends may call at e the funeral home on Tuesday from 3 to 8 pm and Wednesday from 10 am until time of services. Those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Alzheimer’s Association.
