Mrs. Taylor, 82 passed away Thursday January 3, 2013 at Mid-Michigan Medical Center-Midland following a lingering illness. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on April 27,1930 to the late Casper & Katherine ( Klinbell) Hilton. She married Andrew Taylor in Detroit on September 23, 1956, he survives her. Katherine was member of the Our Savior Lutheran Church where she was the organist for over 40 years. She enjoyed listen to music & playing the piano, the organ, also crocheting and sewing.
Surviving besides her husband of 56 years, are their children David Taylor, and Valerie & Bruce Kuehnle; a sister Mary Mesco. She was preceded in death by a son Andrew in 2005 and 2 brothers David & Calvin Hilton.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday January 8, 2013 at 11 am from the Our Savior Lutheran Church with Pastor James Krach presiding with burial in Butman Township Cemetery. Friend may call at the Sisson Funeral Home on Monday from 2 to 8 pm . On Tuesday Mrs. Taylor wil lie in state at the church from 10 am until time of services. Those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the American Cancer Society
