Obituary for Lois Jean Nayback
Lois Jean Nayback, age 84, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday 9/20/17. Born 11/20/32 in Chicago, Illinois to Otto and Evelyn Ortbals, she married the love of her life, Eric Nayback on 7/8/78.
Lois lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, raising 8 children while juggling her weekly outings of bowling, golfing, softball, and pool leagues. She had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way.
Lois is survived by her husband, Eric aka “Pops”; 8 children: George Olsen, Mark Olsen (Lorrie) Joyce Pfeiffer (Johnny), Glenn Olsen (Karen), Jan Burdette, Jeanne Shamblin (Dale), Robert Olsen and Julie Navaroli; 5 step children: Kim Schultz (Dennis), Cindy Berens (Craig), John Nayback (Debbie), Ben Nayback, Jeff Nayback (Annmarie); also many Grand Children and Great Grand Children.
Family, friends and others whose lives Lois touched are invited to reminisce, share you crazy stories, grieve and (of course) support each other on:
