Mrs. Doede 79 passed away Thursday March 6, 2014 at her home. She was born in Racine Wisconsin on February 22, 1935 to the late George & Jennie (Pinard) Kreiter. She was married to Ronald Doede.
Marian enjoyed cooking, gardening, and reading, cross stitching, going to yard sales, and volunteering at Mid Michigan Medical Center in Gladwin. She was member of the Gideons. Her greatest pleasure in life was serving others. Full of love and compassion, she would give the shirt off her back to anyone who would need it. She will be deeply missed by all her friends, family, and her loving Schnauzer “Clyde”.
Surviving besides her husband Ronald are one daughter and two sons Sandra (Richard) Ledanski, Steven (Fran) Wiedman, Donald Wiedman; two step-sons and three step-daughters Kevin (Theresa) Doede, Kirk (Zarya) Doede, Kim Feasel, Katherine Nielson, Karen (Jim) Norling; 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister and brother-in-law Nancy and Paul McKim.
A Memorial Service for Marian will be held on Saturday May 3, 2014 at 11 am at the Cornerstone Baptist Church. Those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Gideons or Advantage Hospice of West Branch.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Sisson Funeral Home in Glawdin.
