Mr. Nash 84 passed away Monday morning July 1, 2013 at his home following a lingering illness. He was born in Flint, Michigan on July 22, 1928 to the late Ralph & Evelyn (Burton) Nash. He served his country in the U. S. Army during the Korean War and was retired from Consumers Power Gas Services. He was a member of the American Legion, VFW and the Moose lodge. He enjoyed riding his motor cycle, playing pool and bowling.
He is survived by his children Jeffery Nash, Joseph Nash, Judith Nash, Jane (Les) Hollingshead and Kelly (Joe) Trombley; 9 grand children; 1 great grand child. He was preceded in death by his 2 brothers Edwin Nash and Bud Nash; 2 sisters Sherry Nolph and Joyce Rainbolt.
Funeral services will be held Saturday July 6, 2013 at 11 am from the Sisson Funeral Home with Pastor Doug Corwin presiding with Military Honor at graveside at Highland Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 1 to 8 pm and Saturday 10 am until time of services. Those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Alzheimer’s Association.
