Mr. Lannon 75 passed away Sunday April 20, 2014 at MidMichigan Medical Center- Midland following a brief illness. He was born in Flint on March 10,1939 to the late Clarence & Frances (Keely) Lannon. Bob was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, retired from TriState trucking and a member of the Gladwin Eagles3292.
He is survived by his wife the former Linda Tahtinen, whom he married May 9, 1991 in Georgia. A son Robert L. (Denise) Lannon II and a daughter Renee (Kevin) Matevier; 6 grand Children and 9 great grand children; step sons Ronald, Martin and Randy Lannon; a step daughter Elizabeth (Terry) Hall; 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; a brother Clarence (Clara) Lannon. He was preceded in death by his parents and a step son Michael Lannon.
A Celebration of his Life will be held Sunday May 25, 2014 at 1 pm at the Gladwin Eagles Club and cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Sisson Funeral Home.
