Steven Kenneth Yarian
On May 2, 2019 the world grew dim as heaven grew bright. As the curtain of eternity was pulled back, Steven Kenneth Yarian stepped from the presence of his loving parents and into the presence of his heavenly Father. Although a quiet and gentle soul, his strength of character and conviction were known to all.
Steven was born on April 25, 1970 in Bremen, Indiana. From early childhood he possessed a deep curiosity to discover how things worked. He also enjoyed building things and collecting toy tractors. Later in life he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, designing and creating parts on his 3-D printers and remodeling his home. He was a passionate Notre Dame Football and Indianapolis Colts Fan. At Christmas gatherings, he relished picking on his nieces and nephews.
Steven was an employee of Schwartz Electric Inc. for 27 years. He absolutely loved his job, his employers and his co-workers.
Steven is survived by his parents: Kenneth and Mary Ann Yarian; sisters: Lori (Dale) Rex of Argos, Indiana, Lisa (Tony) Reynolds of Gladwin, Michigan, Connie (Dikran) Toroser of Moorpark, California. He was a very special uncle to his nieces and nephews and a very dear friend to many.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 1 at 12 noon at the Wakarusa Missionary Church located at 202 Waterford Street, Wakarusa, IN 46573. Visitation will take place from 11AM until time of service.
Those wishing to express sympathy can make donations to Hospice of Mid-Michigan or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
