Obituary for Charles R. Good
Charles “Buck” R. Good, age 68, of Gladwin, MI, passed away on Friday, October 15, 2010 at the Mid-Michigan Medical Center-Gladwin Campus. He was born September 20, 1942 in Gladwin, MI, the son of Alfred and Dorothy (Blake) Good.
Charles enjoyed ice fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of the Gladwin Moose Lodge and a volunteer fire fighter for Nester Township.
He was preceded in death by his father Alfred, Sister Orpha Kirbitz, Brother John Good and Wendy Peplinski.
He is survived by his children, Sarah Good of St. Helen, MI; Dawn (Ralph) Reynolds of Alaska; Sue (Keith Henderson) Good of Grayling, MI and Charles (Karmen Cornell) Good of Grayling, MI. Sister Cora Kirbitz of Gladwin, MI; Brothers LaVern (Kim) Good of Gladwin, MI and Ralph Good of Gladwin, MI. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Longtime companion Carol Peplinski of Bay City, MI and her children; Lori Banks, Bill Heinlein, Lisa Ovalle and Jeff Peplinski.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at Sisson Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Kent officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the time of services. Interment will be in Nester Township Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Charles to the family.
